I am honored to carry on the legacy of Joseph James Morelli. He proved that dyslexia doesn’t have to hold you back or define your whole life. Dyslexia doesn’t mean we are lazy or slow. There is not enough understanding and intervention. It is vital for those of us with this learning disability to keep pushing boundaries and challenging what people think they know about it. Joseph found a way to succeed academically and regain his happiness again. I know if Joseph could succeed then so can I.
