This scholarship is special to me because I can relate to Joseph Morelli and his story. When I first read about Joseph, I told my mom, that is me. At the age of 16, testing revealed that I had ADHD, an auditory processing disorder and phonics dyslexia. Up until that time, I never understood why my brain did not work like everyone else. I am honored to have been chosen as a scholarship recipient and will honor his legacy as I pursue my dream of computer engineering.
