Thank you very much for awarding me this scholarship. Being an awardee has been a boon to my morale rounding out senior year. Though my peers are generally respectful and understanding it can be somewhat isolating as a dyslexic person in STEM classes. Receiving support and acknowledgment from an organization that recognizes people like me pursuing STEM is a great encouragement to push forward with my goals. I think the work this scholarship is doing is quite important, and I plan to be a part of its legacy of success.
