Receiving the Joseph Morelli Scholarship is meaningful to me because it reassures me that others like me struggle with school and that there are caring people who support us as we work through college. Even though college is often more difficult with my dyslexia this scholarship allows me to not worry so much about funding for school; with the Scholarship, I can spend more time on my studies. I am so thankful to the scholarship committee for their recognition of the challenges dyslexics face in college!
