The recognition of my work and accomplishments is reaffirming of my own abilities, but being honored by the Morelli family and other supporters of this scholarship to represent those like Joseph and myself is so much more than that. As a beneficiary of this scholarship, I am a part of something larger than myself. I am an advocate and I truly appreciate the spirit of solidarity and possibility that this scholarship embodies.
