Receiving this scholarship means a lot to me. As I stated in my application I’ve been lacking in the social aspect of my life, due to having to work harder in school in addition to working a nearly full-time job, and being able to dedicate less of my time to my financial situation will allow me to live life more fully and meet new people just as Joeseph did. Being able to go to college even with severe dyslexia is a real blessing and I’m honored that this scholarship will help me through that journey.
