Lisa Raiani, Chairperson & Treasurer

Lisa Raiani has held Controller positions in the private equity industry for nearly 20 years and is currently with Saw Mill Capital. Lisa began her accounting career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York where she audited private equity, hedge, and mutual funds as well as Fund-of-Funds. She received her BA from Bucknell University, earned her MBA in Financial Accounting from Pace University’s Lubin School of
Business and holds her CPA license in the state of New York. Lisa lives in Connecticut with her husband and children.

Kay Priestly, Chairperson

Kay Priestly has executive management experience in organizations with international operations. After receiving a B.S. degree from Louisiana State University, she practiced as a CPA with Arthur Andersen for 24 years. She later served as CFO for Rio Tinto’s global copper business and as CEO for Turquoise Hill Ltd. Kay currently serves on public company boards and has been involved in numerous community and professional activities. Kay and her husband Dan reside in Park City UT.

Brad Green

Since launching his financial services career in 1986, Brad has earned the admiration and loyalty of generations of families, and ongoing recognition for excellence from the industry. As a Senior Vice President with Bank of America Merrill, Brad is proud to be named by Forbes as “Best-in-State Wealth Advisors” list for four consecutive years – 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. Brad holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® designation and completed the educational component for the CPWA® at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from West Chester University in Pennsylvania and studied at The Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia. Brad and his wife Debra have been married for 34 years and live in Park City, Utah with their daughter.

Joseph Morelli

Joseph John Morelli MD is the father of the late Joseph James Morelli and serves on the board of the Joseph James Morelli Legacy Foundation. Joe received his undergraduate from University of Virginia and his MD from Columbia University. He is a board-certified anesthesiologist and fellowship trained in pediatric anesthesiology. He serves on the governing boards of Park City Medical Center and Mountain West Anesthesia. Joe lives in Park City, UT with wife Barbara and children.

Robert Morelli

Robert graduated from the University of Virginia in May of 2018, majoring in Economics and minoring in Statistics. He currently works in equity research at an independent investment bank, having previously worked on the investments side at a commercial real estate investment platform. Rob is also a CFA charterholder. He currently lives in Minneapolis, MN with his wife Megan and their dog Hazy and plans to pursue his MBA in 2025.

Thomas Abate

Tom’s career in accounting and finance spanned nearly four decades. Prior to retirement, he served as the Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a multi-billion dollar medical device company. Tom also served as Co-Chairman of the Executive Committee of a large charitable foundation focused on advancing the education, science, and practice of healthy cardiac care worldwide. He possesses a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Northern Illinois University.
